MUSEO DE LAS BRUJAS DE ZUGARRAMURDI Museum created in Zugarramurdi, in which the characteristics of the Navarre culture are exposed. Their cosmology was created by a series of characters who ruled nature, like Aker, represented as a man goat. The local people were very knowledgeable about plants and nature as means to cure themselves, and offerings for the spirits of the forest were made in feasts of carnal debauchery. When the Catholic Church arrived with the crusades, these people were branded as heresy and the trials and tortures began. The scenographic recurse is used to show the spaces of this culture, the cages that were used and their clothing, supported by photos of that time. It is also explained where the current witches iconography comes from. Design: ÁMBITO CERO
